Gulf Coast Legacy Team Play- Please read carefully. We are now looking for players for our 2024 Spring/Summer tournament teams. Our competitive teams practice once or twice per week and have one day also dedicated to skills training. Season starts late March & lasts through the end of July. Opportunities exist for experienced players to "play up" on a higher team should their skill warrant it & at Directors approval (not parental request). If a player does NOT make our tournament team they will still get the chance to train w/ us AND play in our internal mini leagues. We are planning on COMPETITIVE teams for the following ages: Girls (graduation year): 2032 | 2031 | 2030 | 2029 | 2028 | 2027 | 2026 | Boys (graduation year): 2032 | 2031 | 2030 | 2029 | 2028 | IMPORTANT: Team formation is not guaranteed and is dependent on tryout response. We have three levels in our program: Gold (our most advanced team-AAU)- Heavy tournament play. Some travel may be required. Black (competitive team)- Local tournament play. Possibly one travel date in the Summer. White (recreation level)- This level typically does not play in tournaments but in our Mini League which are Internal games vs other players in GCL & sometime other invited external teams.
